Founder of The Kaizen

Helping people turn the skills they already have into real businesses.

I built The Kaizen from nothing at 17. We've now helped over 500 people monetise their existing skills and generated $1.3M+ in student revenue through our Skill to Profit programme.

About

The short version

I found entrepreneurship at 17 through a crumpled copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad and a TikTok video. Started with affiliate marketing, got my first $1,000 commission sitting in a sixth form photography class, then got shut down by the SEC for being under 18.

After that I tried everything. Brand sponsorships, social media management, a failed marketing agency where I tried to sell Facebook ads without ever having a Facebook account. Each failure got me closer to what actually worked.

A mentor pointed me back to what I already knew, and I built it into The Kaizen. Now we help people do what I wish I'd done from the start: take a skill they already have, package it properly, and build a business around it.

Started at 17, no safety net

Turned down a £20K/year job because it worked out to £7 an hour. Bet on myself instead.

Built The Kaizen from a newsletter

Started as a free newsletter. Grew to 60,000 subscribers before I ever sold anything.

Retired both my parents

Dad now works with me as ops manager. Mum doesn't have to work at all.

Philosophy

How I think about business

Sell what you already know

Most people already have a valuable skill. They just don't know how to package and price it. We had an intern go from £1,200 to £3,500/month selling the exact same skill to the exact same employer.

No copied business models

I wasted months trying to copy someone else's agency model. It doesn't work. Your business should be built around your skills, not someone else's template.

Speed over perfection

I've done speed runs going from zero to £10K in 37 days using the framework. Most people spend months planning and never launch.

Continuous improvement

Kaizen means change for the better. Not overnight success. Not hacks. Small, consistent steps compounding into real results.
